Bellmont Partners Named Agency PR Team of the Year Finalist by PR Daily

We talk a lot about the people of Bellmont Partners, and how our agency culture drives our ability to deliver excellent results for our clients and our community.

We’ve received a lot of attention for the work we do, and we’re extremely proud of that. But today, we’ve been recognized for the most critical foundational element of what makes Bellmont Partners who we are: our team. Ragan’s and PR Daily named Bellmont Partners a finalist for Agency PR Team of the Year.

During the uncertainty of the pandemic, our team stepped up and did some of the best work in our history. We started working with 24 new clients over a 12-month period. We gave back to our community (to the tune of 809 during-work volunteer hours, an equivalent of $180,000). And we did it all with no employee attrition. In fact, we added two full-time employees during the 15-month period the judges looked at, and since then we’ve added two more people.

Along the way, individual team members received well-deserved accolades, including Mpls./St. Paul Business Journal’s Women in Business, Ragan and PR Daily’s Top Women in Communications and AdFed Minnesota’s 32 Under 32. And we’re especially proud that we were named a Best Workplace by Inc. Magazine and a Best Place to Work by Mpls./St. Paul Business Journal — both for the third year in a row.

Early 2020 through mid-2021 was an extremely trying time, and this recognition is a phenomenal reminder that all the work we’ve done to build and maintain our agency culture and support our people on both a professional and personal level is what helped us weather the storm. Congratulations and thank you to everybody at Bellmont Partners and our amazing clients.

We’ll find out in December if we win the top award. But no matter what happens, our team is certain about one thing: We’ve got a lot to celebrate.
