We are continually grateful for the opportunity to work with inspiring people and organizations, including those who help save and improve lives, along with those who innovate and lead. Teto Wilson does all this and more, and he’s someone we are proud to know. Teto is a North Minneapolis business owner, community leader and all-around amazing person – just take a quick look at this Q&A with Teto for a sampling of all the ways in which he supports the community every day.
This year, Teto is once again at the helm of Live Your Healthy Lyfe, which will be the fourth annual block party by the Northside community for the Northside community and beyond. This event brings together engaging community conversations, healthcare screenings, physical, mental and financial resources, BIPOC-owned makers and entrepreneurs, music, food trucks, art activities and kid-friendly fun, all to make resources readily available and help encourage and build trusting relationships between members of the community and health, wellness, housing and financial experts. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, Aug. 16, 2025, from 12–6 p.m., and will take place on West Broadway Ave. in North Minneapolis, between Penn Avenue and Logan Avenue.
Since connecting with Teto through our work with the Minority Business Growth Alliance in 2021, we’ve had the honor of working alongside him and many other passionate leaders to help bring these events to life and spread the word. And it’s all making a tangible difference to help improve people’s lives. In the past three years, Live Your Healthy Lyfe events have welcomed more than 6,000 attendees, 48 community vendors, 24 sponsors, and 12 local musical acts, and there have been more than 200 children’s bikes, helmets and backpacks given away.
Our team is once again collaborating with the Live Your Healthy Lyfe team, and we’d love to welcome you into the fold!
Live Your Healthy Lyfe is actively looking for the following partners to ensure the fourth annual event is another vibrant success:
- Sponsors: There are opportunities at a wide range of investment levels!
- Vendors: Including food trucks and makers/entrepreneurs
- Volunteers: Help create a welcoming experience for attendees. Volunteer tasks may include staffing activity areas, handing out free swag, answering questions and providing directions to attendees, relieving a vendor for a short break and more.
- Attendees: Mark your calendar! We hope you can join as a sponsor, vendor or volunteer, and we’d also love to have you and your loved ones join the celebration and experience this one-of-a-kind event.
If you’d like to support this mission, we’d love to talk! Please drop us a note at info@bellmonpartners.com, and we’d be happy to share more information about how you can contribute and connect you with the team.
