To borrow a phrase from the Army: Shelli Lissick does more before 9 a.m. than most people do all day.
Particularly during the pandemic, the early riser’s indefatigable work ethic, can-do attitude and roll-up-her-sleeves approach has been more critical to the success of our agency’s clients than ever before.
We’re happy to report that Shelli’s amazing contributions to our clients, firm and community have been recognized by Ragan and PR Daily: She’s been named one of this year’s Top Women in Communications, in the “Dynamic Do-er” category.
“The women on this list inspire,” Ragan and PR Daily say. “These influential women are making a significant impact in their day-to-day job and career, advancing the profession while accelerating growth for their organization.”
We completely agree. An integral part of Bellmont Partners’ senior leadership team for the past 13 years, and partner for the past 10, Shelli leads our agency’s client service, developing strategies and processes for the entire team to follow, as well as acting as day-to-day contact for a number of clients. With her focus on mentoring, empowerment and unwavering optimism, she also sets the tone for our team approach, resulting in numerous accolades, including being named an Inc. Magazine Best Workplace for the past three years. Her considerable contributions have helped build Bellmont Partners into one of the top small agencies in Minnesota and around the country.
Shelli’s strategic thinking and bias for action have made a major impact on our clients’ success (and our agency’s ability to weather the pandemic), especially over the past year. Because of her deep expertise in everything from media relations to crisis communications, she played a major role in guiding our clients through the pandemic’s uncharted waters, especially in two industries hit exceptionally hard: health and travel/tourism. Shelli has led our team’s response as we’ve mobilized around numerous crisis communications and non-crisis projects, spanning nearly every communications discipline.
Shelli’s unflappable, get-it-done approach has guided her clients, colleagues and community through the pandemic’s many challenges, and laid the groundwork for success in a post-pandemic world. And she’s accomplished much of it before the rest of us roll out of bed.
Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition, Shelli!
