People First: Bellmont Partners Named to Inc.’s Best Workplaces List

Our cul­ture has always been a vital­ly impor­tant ele­ment of Bell­mont Part­ners’ DNA, so it’s par­tic­u­lar­ly grat­i­fy­ing to receive nation­al recog­ni­tion for our peo­ple-focused approach. Today, Inc. named our agency to its nation­al list of Best Work­places for the fifth (!) time. We were also named to the list in 2023, 2021, 2020 and 2019.

Accord­ing to Inc., the list is the result of a “com­pre­hen­sive mea­sure­ment of Amer­i­can com­pa­nies that have excelled in cre­at­ing excep­tion­al work­places and com­pa­ny cul­tures.” After col­lect­ing data from thou­sands of sub­mis­sions, Inc. select­ed 543 hon­orees this year. Each com­pa­ny that was nom­i­nat­ed took part in a con­fi­den­tial employ­ee sur­vey, con­duct­ed by Quan­tum Work­place, which includ­ed top­ics such as man­age­ment effec­tive­ness, perks, fos­ter­ing employ­ee growth and over­all com­pa­ny cul­ture. Our ben­e­fits were also audit­ed to deter­mine over­all score and ranking.

It hasn’t always been easy to main­tain our small-com­pa­ny cul­ture, espe­cial­ly dur­ing peri­ods of excep­tion­al­ly rapid growth. But we’re proud that we’ve con­tin­ued to keep our cul­ture front and cen­ter, even as Bell­mont Part­ners was named one of the Twin Cities’ 50 fastest-grow­ing com­pa­nies last year. In fact, we’re big believ­ers that growth and cul­ture are close­ly inter­twined: the stronger our cul­ture, the stronger our abil­i­ty to serve our clients, col­leagues and communities.

While this recog­ni­tion is a great indi­ca­tion that we’re head­ed in the right direc­tion, we’re main­tain­ing our long­time com­mit­ment to keep­ing our cul­ture strong – regard­less of whether we’re fea­tured in the pages of Inc.
