The Minnesota Firefighter Initiative (MnFIRE) launched in 2016 to unify and spark conversations among firefighters, their families, their communities and state policymakers around three key firefighter health issues: cardiac, emotional trauma and cancer. The Minnesota fire community turned to Bellmont Partners to lead branding efforts for the burgeoning initiative, including its name, logo, messaging, communications strategy and outreach.
Since branding the organization, Bellmont Partners is MnFIRE’s go-to design agency. We have created an extensive library of print and digital materials, including flyers, brochures, social graphics, trade show booth elements, presentation decks, logos for specific MnFIRE events – and even a CD cover!
In 2021, the state legislature passed the Hometown Heroes Assistance Program (HHAP), which dedicates $4 million per year to ensure that every Minnesota firefighter will have access to the education, prevention and care needed to handle a cardiac, emotional trauma or cancer diagnosis. Bellmont Partners is collaborating with MnFIRE and their benefit providers to develop HHAP collateral for firefighters and health providers.
