Midwest Manufacturers' Association

The Midwest Manufacturers’ Association is laser-focused on the growth and success of manufacturers in the region. The association’s hundreds of members recognize the importance of an adequately skilled workforce for the future success of manufacturing in the Midwest and have focused their efforts on that initiative.  

Bellmont Partners became an extension of the Central Minnesota Manufacturers Association (CMMA) team in 2024 as the association sought to increase awareness of its flagship event, the Central Minnesota Tour of Manufacturing. We efficiently developed communications materials and reached key audiences in the region, including media outlets, current members and the general public. Since our initial partnership, we’ve expanded our scope to include media relations and support for additional events and awards across chapters.  

Media Relations Toolkit & Media Prep

Developing a media relations tool kit that members leveraged for external communications around facility tours and preparing executives at MMA and member companies for media interviews in addition to building and leading an earned media program around key events and awards.

Earned Media in Broadcast & Trade Publications

During our partnership, MMA, its events, and members have been featured in the St. Cloud Times, WJON-AM News Radio, Metal Construction News and more, reaching an audience of over 2.5 million in Central Minnesota and beyond, expanding the association’s reach and awareness among key audiences. 

Thought Leadership

Securing coverage & thought leadership interviews in print, online & broadcast outlets, raising the profile of manufacturing workforce opportunities in the region & positioning MMA as a trusted expert on manufacturing in the region.

Strategic Communications

Establishing strategic communications plans around the annual Tour of Manufacturing and Manufacturer of the Year Awards in Central Minnesota and the Arrowhead regions.
