
Bridget Nelson Monroe takes an integrated approach to public relations, drawing on her experience in digital marketing, content strategy and journalism to bring unique strategies and solutions to Bellmont Partners clients. As partner and managing director, she connects big ideas with pragmatic execution in strategic communications planning, messaging development, media relations, owned media, content marketing and social media. Working with C-level leaders and marketing teams of all sizes across sectors including health, nonprofits, professional services, tourism and more, Bridget identifies how PR efforts can best serve each client’s overall marketing and business goals – and drive results. She serves on Bellmont Partners’ AI Task Force, helping the agency and its clients stay on the forefront of AI in public relations in an ethical manner. Bridget’s background includes editorial positions at Reader’s Digest and Better Homes and Gardens. She is also active in several industry organizations, including serving a term on the Minnesota Interactive Marketing Association (MIMA) board of directors and speaking at events hosted by the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits, the Twin Cities Corporate Volunteerism Council and more. She is a recipient of Minnesota PRSA’s Classics Award for Feature Writing and has been recognized by Ragan/PR Daily as a Top Woman in Communications.
