Andrew Fritz has spent the past 20+ years developing and implementing successful processes and design transformation for PR/marketing organizations in Minneapolis and New York City. With a focus on creating healthy and exciting workplace environments and innovative office amenities, Andrew led the Bellmont Partners’ office refresh project in 2024, resulting in a freshly energized space with careful thought for Bellmont employees and clients. In addition to his work at Bellmont Partners, Andrew owns and operates a dance studio, is a professional trick-roper, singer, dancer, actor and photographer who has been featured in the New York Times, Time Out New York, Lincoln Center, Lavender Magazine and The Travel Channel. Andrew is the esteemed recipient of ‘Classiest Dresser’ in the 1996 edition of the Apple Valley High School Yearbook.
