She has spent more than 20 years studying people and translating their needs and wants into practical business strategies for Fortune 100 companies, building value-added research strategies and insights across many industries including healthcare, financial services, consumer products and manufacturing. When she’s not studying people and what makes them tick, Michelle is traveling the globe with her family. They have made it to five continents together – and counting!
